I got a noise coming from the transmission that sounds like 2 small gears running together. Doesn't mater if in park or in gear. Speeds up when rpm of motor is increased. The front can be replaced also but the rear is the more common one to wear as there is more movement from the diff tilting forward and back under deceleration and acceleration, that is why its worse in your case when you decelerate. A carrier bearing would typically cause a deep growl noise however, not a chirp. At the trucks first service at 5k. I had them inspect a vibration.
