A formal 90-day consultation has therefore commenced with the council, as set out by Ofcom, which concludes on Thursday 5 August 2024. Whilst this may seem a long way away, the consultation is set out in two stages. WebThe Council will not accept liability for loss or damage of property during the removal of items for collection. The Council reserve the right to refuse to remove any item on the grounds of inaccessibility or potential hazard to staff. If the item(s) are removed before we are due to collect we will not refund the money.
