As he went to college he did not understood when women told him that "men were guilty of having kept all the joys and priviliges of the earth for themselves." WebbThey were different because laborers wore down slowly over time, but soldiers risked dying and had to kill others. The soldier of Sanders youth resembled the laborers because both groups had little choice in what they were to be when they grew older . Both professions had their own hardships .
